With prior experience in the healthcare, banking, and mortgage industries, Katelyn Fryar made an easy transition into financial services when she joined Pilot Financial in May 2022.

A North Carolina native, Katelyn graduated from UNC Greensboro with a degree in media studies and a concentration in news and documentary. As Pilot’s Director of Business Processing, she uses her communication and customer service skills to support the company's growth initiatives.

Married to Matt, Katelyn has honed her skills as a mother to her boys, Henry and Arlo, who have helped her develop the patience she brings to her job. She also enjoys hiking, painting, DIY home projects, and spending time with family.
