Even though Operations Assistant Nicoletta Sheppard has lived all over the world – including growing up in Poland and living in England and Belarus – Pilot Financial is grateful that she now calls North Carolina home. Says Nicoletta: “I love assisting customers and navigating through their concerns.”
A science lover by nature, who studied biochemistry in Poland and received an associate degree in science from GTCC Jamestown, Nicoletta brings her organizational skills and personability to the team to help the company operate successfully and likes assisting her teammates whenever possible.
In her free time, Nicoletta enjoys spending time with her young daughter as well as gardening, photography, reading books on biology, and generally just being outdoors. At Pilot, her future looks bright: “I’m excited about the opportunities for advancement and personal growth.”
