Kathy’s number one concern is quality. “I really love helping people by getting things right the first time,” says Kathy. There’s a word for this. It’s compassion. This level of compassion for others has served Kathy well in her previous roles within the securities and insurance industries.
At Pilot Financial Kathy’s responsibilities include accurately processing investment transactions for advisors, as well as helping to onboard new advisors to the Pilot Financial family – getting them familiar with systems and procedures, and to provide continual training for existing advisors and staff.
Kathy’s career has prepared her well for these roles. Her experience has included work in training and quality auditing with a New England insurance company and new business processing and system troubleshooting with Lincoln Financial in Greensboro.
A Massachusetts native, Kathy and her husband now live in Oak Ridge, North Carolina, where she enjoys her hobby of papercraft, reading, and keeping up with their two sons, both in college.
