Pilot Financial is actively seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated, entrepreneurial-minded advisor with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience, currently affiliated with a broker-dealer, and looking to grow their practice with the support of a client-focused, independent firm.

Qualifications:
To be considered, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed financial advisor
- Current affiliation with a broker-dealer and in good standing
- Clean compliance and regulatory history (no more than two broker-dealers in the past three years)
- Must hold active Series 7 and 66 licenses (or Series 6, 63, and 65)
- Advisor is able to provide documentation of their last 12 months’ gross revenue production
- Advisor can provide a summary of their current book of business (ex. Advisory Business, Brokerage Business, Variable Business, and Fixed Indexed Business), with name or rep code visible
- Advisor is willing to undergo a background check conducted by our broker-dealer
