Darlene is all about outreach to agents and advisors, helping them with multiple tasks so they have the time to do what they do best – advising clients. Darlene believes that proactive communication and providing superior case management are critical to providing top-notch customer service.
She is responsible for reviewing life insurance paperwork for accuracy, meticulously documenting all agent and carrier communications and coordinating and ensuring that applications and underwriting proceed in a timely manner. She brings a personal level of conscientious detail to the position based on years of experience in the healthcare management and consulting fields.
Darlene studied at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, achieving the Dean’s List with a 4.0 GPA. She and her husband and two children reside in Greensboro. Darlene enjoys spending time with her family, reading, traveling to visit her daughter in college, supporting her son in baseball and listening to him perform on the tenor sax in his high school jazz band.
