Cheryl Hennen knows that critical business decisions must be based on clear and current financial data, and she uses that knowledge to help Pilot Financial management stay on a steady course of disciplined growth, efficiency and profitability.
A Certified Public Accountant since 1993, Cheryl’s career has led her from Minnesota to Illinois to Idaho, and finally to her home in Greensboro over 11 years ago.
As a key member of the Pilot operations team, Cheryl has established processes and procedures to support both Pilot and its advisors. Her responsibilities include accounts payable and receivable, financial statements for all Pilot entities, maintaining internal controls and acting as liaison with outside accounting firms.
Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Minnesota State University and an MBA from the University of Sioux Falls. She is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants.
In addition to her duties at Pilot Cheryl serves as Financial Director of a national non-profit organization that provides bicycles to the disabled. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband and three children at their home in Greensboro.
